For Your Color Treated Hair: L’Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioner and Conditioning Treatment

L'Oreal Color Vive The best way to help preserve your hair color investment is by using products that help protect your color from fading. Shampoo for color treated hair often uses a formula that prevents stripping the color and conditioners often contain UV filters to protect fade from the sun. You also usually get some good moisturizers in your formulas, since color processes tend to dry hair out.

I don’t have color treated hair currently, but I do have dry hair. I tried out L’Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Conditioner for Dry or Damaged Hair as well as the Color Vive Conditioning Treatment. While I can’t attest to their ability to help preserve color, I can say that both of these conditioners did a great job of conditioning my dry hair.

The Conditioner for Dry or Damaged hair is a slightly pink colored formula that is rich and smells nice. It left my hair nice and soft and lasted through my second “no-wash” day. The Conditioning Treatment is also a rich formula that went on smooth and also left my hair nice and soft. The Treatment says that is contains anti-oxidants and two UV filters.
