Sumptuous Scents And FREE (Yes, Free) Chocolate

We all know that beauty is more than skin deep; but beauty is also a mindset – being relaxed, self-possessed, and clear of thought can help your inner beauty shine through. I read a calming technique in a magazine the other day the other day that suggested you go into a quiet room, light a candle and then focus on the flame of the candle. Imagine that you are mentally stilling the flame and slow/calm your breathing to help the flame be still. This technique is supposed to help calm your mind and relax you (and we all know we’re far more attractive without a worried furrow in the brow, squinty eyes and pursed lips).

So it was with welcome arms that I opened the Glade package from my UPS man yesterday.
